Careers

We are always on the lookout for passionate staff who are committed to making a difference to the lives of children.

Our Staff

Recruiting and retaining a high-calibre workforce is paramount to our success. Safeguarding and promoting children's welfare is embedded within our recruitment ethos, ensuring that all staff members are not only qualified but also possess a minimum of five years age gap with the oldest child under our care.

Our staffing policy reflects our unwavering commitment to diversity and inclusivity, actively seeking candidates from varied backgrounds and striving for gender balance to provide positive role models for our children and young people.

We are dedicated to fostering a nurturing environment where every child can thrive, supported by compassionate and adept staff who prioritize positive relationships and individualized care.

Our team participates in continuous training and development, including fortnightly sessions with our Clinical Lead. We prioritize staff resilience and well-being through regular reflective practice sessions, debriefs following incidents, reflective supervision, an employee wellness program, and quarterly celebration days within the home. We also maintain praise books for each child to reinforce positive behaviour.
